§ 2.16.050. Responsibilities

The commission shall adopt its own rules for the appointment of officers and the frequency and conduct of its meetings. All meetings shall be subject to the requirements of ORS 192.610 to 192.690. A majority of the members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of business and the concurrence of a majority of those members present shall be required to decide any matter. The commission shall report to the city council at least four times a year and provide minutes of each meeting to the council.
