§ 10. Other Officers

Latest version.

Additional officers of the City shall be a city manager, a treasurer, a municipal judge, a recorder and such other officers as the council deems necessary. Each of these officers shall be appointed by the mayor with the consent of the council and may be removed by the mayor with the consent of the council. The council may combine any two or more appointive city offices.
